White Sox Would Give Quentin For Rasmus
The White Sox would trade outfielder Carlos Quentin for outfielder Colby Rasmus of St. Louis, according to a source.
"It was obvious that [the Cardinals] were paying extra attention to Quentin at the end of the season, so this might have been something that was already talked about," a scout said.

Some baseball scouts are wondering if the Yankees might shop outfielder Nick Swisher this winter, according to a report in the Chicago Tribune.

His lifetime average is .162 in 33 playoff games.
Greinke Has No-Trade Clause Through 2011
Royals pitcher Zack Greinke has a no-trade clause in his contract, but it only runs through the 2011 season.

Royals Will Listen To Offers For Greinke
The Royals are expected to listen to offers for right-hander Zack Greinke this winter and into next summer.
Kansas City would probably be able to get a nice haul of prospects for Greinke, players that would be ready to blossom in the coming years.

Wright Hopes To Stay With Mets
Mets third baseman David Wright hopes the team's shuffling this winter doesn't involve him.
"Of course I'd love to stay with the team that I grew up rooting for and who drafted and developed me, but as of right now that's not in my control," Wright told The New York Post.
He is under contract through 2012, with a club option for 2013.
"I can't imagine it, but if you're going to listen to the new GM and he's going to tell you [a trade will] bring back five pieces or something, then I guess you have to listen," owner Jeff Wilpon said on Monday in reference to the possibility of moving Wright.
"I'm not saying we're going to do it, but you'd have to listen."
Mets 'Can't Imagine' Trading Wright
